Return & Exchange Policy

All non-personalized merchandise (excluding socks, underwear and swimwear) carries a full money-back guarantee, and is returnable within 30 days of receipt. Items with name tapes are not considered personalized, but embroidered items and those with other garment decorating are considered personalized. Personalized items that are in progress or have been delivered are not returnable.

Return shipments are your responsibility and, for your protection, must be made with a return receipt or a tracking number. Shipments must be returned with shipping charges prepaid; C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused. If we have made an error in your shipment we will send a UPS Call Tag and have the package picked up at our expense. All returns must include the Returned Merchandise Form that we include with each shipment or there may be a delay in processing your return. Make sure you clearly advise us if you are looking for an exchange or a refund. All exchanges are shipped via UPS Ground service.
