This customer asked us to design a logo based on the leaves of the sassafras tree after which her South Carolina business was named. We came up with this design based on a simple, distinct shape with lightly arched lettering. We used the design on embroidered items (at left), silk-screened items, and built and lettered signs for the front of her store building.

"Thanks for the e-mail w/enclosures. Everything looks good and you are getting lots of compliments from folks here. Tell me... could you do the signs for Sassafras and ship them to us UPS?"
(The answer, of course, was YES!)
